Smaller Town Bylaw Development

Gauge has been appointed to develop bylaws for mid-size and smaller towns in Africa which support the development of more sustainable built environments. The bylaws are responsive to local needs and issues as well as global sustainability imperatives and address areas such as energy efficiency, water efficiency, waste and recycling, biodiversity, urban agriculture, densification and small enterprise development.
