Rivonia Road Refurbishment

An appraisal of design proposals and specifications was carried out by Gauge for this 10,000m2 office refurbishment project in Rivonia Rd, Johannesburg. The appraisal ascertained predicted performance in a range of areas such as water and energy consumption, indoor environmental quality and waste at the Design Concept stage of the project, enabling gaps and opportunities to be identified. These were developed into recommendations to improve the sustainability of the project for consideration by the design team and client.
